I bought four books at Goodwill yesterday.

• J.D. Salinger – The Catcher In The Rye
• Frank Herbert – Children of Dune
• Ayn Rand – Philosophy: Who Needs It
• Jack Kerouac – On The Road

Also, I found this shirt from my childhood. A multicolored Arizona t-shirt.

Adrianne and I went to Hobby Lobby and Goodwill. She bought six books, and I bought two and a scary framed clown.

The two books I got were:

• Lewis Carroll – Alice in Wonderland
• Beverly Cleary – Beezus and Ramona (Adrianne said it’s a good kids book)

Adrianne handed me Beezus and Ramona and told me to get it. I opened the book up and noticed the “This book belongs to me” tag. The name crossed out, “Eric Brown”, that is my cousin who committed suicide. I’m sure it’s a totally different Eric Brown, but it still sent a shiver down my spine. After dropping Adrianne off, Brandon and I went out for coffee at Starbucks and had some good talk.
