Cortney and I saw the P90X workout on TV one night and decided to try it.
Day 1: Ab Ripper X (DVD 12) – Did entire workout, still sore on day 3.
Day 2: Chest & Back (DVD 1) – Attempted entire workout, still sore on day 3.
Day 3: Plyometrics (DVD 2) – Did half, I want to be able to walk tomorrow.
Right now I am doing them by myself and I can already see a huge difference in my arms. Cortney said she will be joining me on the P90X program once we get into our new house.
Note: I currently have no free weights or a pull up bar. I am using resistance bands (like one guy on the DVD) for pull ups.
